Disclaimers and restrictions:
Pediatric patients must weigh a minimum of 2 pounds to qualify for spay/neuter.
Brachycephalic (flat-faced) breeds not accepted.
Dobermans/mixes must provide recent record of buccal mucosal bleeding time (BMBT) test. Humane Indiana does NOT offer BMBT testing.

$75 full deposit for CATS due at time of booking.
$100 partial deposit for DOGS due at time of booking.
Additional services may be added/paid for at appointment.
Additional fees (surgery complications, late fees, etc.) may apply and must be paid at time of services rendered.
Cash, credit, or debit ONLY. Checks or Care Credit/other Veterinary Financing Assistance not accepted.
Prepare for Your Visit:
Arrive 15 minutes early to check in, leaving your pet in the vehicle until asked to bring them inside.
Dogs must be on a leash or in a carrier with a well-fitting collar (NO prong collars).
Cats must be in a secure carrier.
Bring any PREVIOUS MEDICAL RECORDS you may have for your pet.
Ensure a VALID EMAIL is entered at the time of booking; Humane Indiana strives to offer convenient and sustainable communication via paperless document management.
